These terms are the agreement between you and Vibers when you use vibers.si. We’ve kept them short and readable. By creating an account or posting anything, you agree to them.
Who can use Vibers
You need to be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live if that’s higher. You’re responsible for your account and everything done with it, so keep your sign-in secure and tell us at support@vibers.si if you think someone else has access.
Your work stays yours
You keep ownership of everything you post: projects, screenshots, build stories, comments and code. To run the site, you give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, resize and share what you post on Vibers and in places that promote it (for example social cards and our newsletter). The licence ends when you delete the content, except where it has already been shared or is part of a challenge result.
Only post work you have the right to share. If you offer a project as a free download, the licence you pick is between you and the people who download it.
What’s not allowed
- Anything illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit or violent.
- Malware, scams, phishing, or anything that harvests other people’s data.
- Work that isn’t yours, or that breaks someone else’s copyright, trademark or privacy.
- Pretending to be someone else, including Vibers staff.
- Gaming the site: fake accounts, buying or swapping upvotes, voting rings, or spam.
We can remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules, and we review every report.
Challenges
Challenges have a brief, a time window and their own rules, shown on each challenge page. Those rules are part of these terms. Entries must be built inside the window by the person entering. Winners are chosen as described on the challenge page, and our judges’ decision is final. We may disqualify entries that break the rules, and we publish the reason.
Prizes are paid in USDC to the wallet saved in your settings. You’re responsible for giving us a correct address, and for any taxes on what you win. We can’t pay prizes to people or places under sanctions, and we may ask for basic information before paying.
Projects made by other people
Projects on Vibers are made by their makers, not by us. We don’t test them and can’t promise they work, are secure or suit your needs. Use them at your own risk, and check anything you rely on.
Hiring and paid downloads
Hiring, paid downloads and user-hosted challenges are not open yet. When they launch, they’ll come with extra terms covering fees, escrow and disputes, and we’ll update this page.
The service
We work hard to keep Vibers running, but it’s provided “as is”, without guarantees that it will always be available or error-free. As far as the law allows, we’re not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability to you is limited to £100. Nothing here limits liability that can’t legally be limited.
You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
Changes
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we’ll tell you on the site or by email before the change applies. Using Vibers after that means you accept the new terms.
