Posting a job and hiring

1. Press + and choose Post a job. Describe the problem, set a budget range, and add tools you’d like used.
2. Vibers pitch privately. Each pitch has a price split into milestones, a timeline and links to their real projects. Only you see the pitches.
3. Chat in each pitch’s thread. Contact details are hidden until a milestone is funded, so deals stay protected.
4. Press Hire on the pitch you want. Hiring doesn’t charge you.
5. Fund the first milestone into escrow. The viber starts once it’s funded.
